The short version
- Privé is a game for couples, for adults only (18+). It contains intimate content.
- You can play the first round for free — no account, no email required.
- Access to the full report and further rounds is paid. Current prices for our packages (Prive+ and Prive Max) are shown on the pricing page. We sometimes run price tests and promotions, so the price you see is always the one that applies to you.
- When you buy access, you receive it immediately. Because of this, you lose the right to withdraw from the contract — we explain this in detail below.
- If anything goes wrong, write to prive@privegame.com. We respond within 14 days.
I. Who is who
- We (Privé, the "provider") — elnino Paweł Gniadkowski, Sygneczów 311, 32-020 Sygneczów, Poland, VAT ID: PL5732576742. Contact: prive@privegame.com.
- You (the "user") — the person using the game in a browser at privegame.com.
- Couple — you and your partner. The game only makes sense when both of you answer the questions.
- Browser game — the digital service we run at privegame.com. It consists of a quiz, a couple compatibility report, activity suggestions, and — in the paid version — additional rounds and tasks.
- Pricing page — the page in our service that shows the current prices for the Prive+ and Prive Max packages. Prices may change, and we may run promotions or price tests; the price shown to you at checkout is always the binding one.
- Prive+ package and Prive Max package — our two paid access tiers, differing in scope of features and length of access. The details of each package are shown in the service before you buy.
- Coupon — a discount code you may receive from us (for example, after completing a short survey on the report screen, or as an upgrade offer). Each coupon has its own validity period, shown when you receive it.
II. General provisions
- These terms describe the rules for using the browser game at privegame.com and the rights and obligations of you and us.
- Using the game means you accept these terms. If you do not agree with any of the points, please do not use the game.
- Nothing in these terms limits your consumer rights under mandatory law. If any provision conflicts with such law, the law takes precedence.
III. Age and responsibility
- The game may be used only by adults (18 years old or above).
- By accepting these terms you confirm that you are at least 18 years old.
- The game contains intimate content intended for adults. This content is part of the experience between partners and must not be shared with third parties, especially minors.
- If we learn that the game is being used by a person under 18, we may block their access and remove their data.
IV. Technical requirements
- A device (computer, tablet, phone) with internet access.
- An up-to-date web browser (Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Edge — a version supported by the vendor).
- JavaScript and cookies enabled — without them the game will not work properly.
- Very old browsers may cause some features to behave incorrectly or not at all.
V. How the game works
- Start. You start the game without creating an account and without giving an email address. You choose the type of couple and the intensity level of the questions.
- First round (free). You answer a set of questions about preferences. Then you send your partner an invitation link (you can copy it, share it via a messenger, SMS, email or QR code).
- Partial report. Once both of you have answered, you receive a partial compatibility report — with one visible match result and the rest shown as previews.
- Survey. After the quiz, we may offer you a short, anonymous survey. Filling it in is optional. In return, you may receive a discount coupon for a paid package.
- Full version. To see the full report and use additional rounds and couple tasks, you buy one of the packages: Prive+ or Prive Max. The scope of each package, its price, and the access period are shown in the service before you complete the purchase.
- No artificial intelligence. Compatibility results and activity suggestions are calculated using our own algorithm that compares both partners' answers. We do not use artificial intelligence or language models for this.
- Game session. When you start the game, a session identifier is stored in your browser and is valid for 30 days from your last activity. This lets you come back to your game without creating an account.
VI. Packages and coupons
- We offer two paid packages: Prive+ and Prive Max. They differ in the scope of features and in the access period.
- Current prices and the full scope of each package are shown on the pricing page in the service. We may occasionally run promotions, price tests, or pricing variants — the binding price is always the one shown to you at checkout.
- Once you pay for a package, access is activated immediately and linked to your couple in the game.
- We may issue discount coupons — for example, in exchange for completing a survey, or as an upgrade offer. Each coupon has a validity period and does not combine with other promotions, unless we explicitly say otherwise.
- Coupons cannot be exchanged for cash.
VII. Payment and right of withdrawal
- Online payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store your card details.
- Once you pay for a package, access is granted immediately. For this reason — in line with article 38 point 13 of the Polish Consumer Rights Act — you lose the right to withdraw from the contract once the service starts being provided.
- By placing the order and accepting these terms, you expressly consent to the digital service starting immediately after payment, before the 14-day withdrawal period ends, and you acknowledge that as a result you lose your right of withdrawal to the extent the service has already been delivered to you.
- This does not limit your rights if the service is faulty — see the "Complaints" section below.
- If you need an invoice, write to prive@privegame.com within 90 days of the purchase and provide the invoicing details.
VIII. Complaints
- If the service does not work properly, you have the right to file a complaint. Write to prive@privegame.com and include:
- a description of the problem (ideally with the date it occurred),
- the email address we should reply to,
- the order ID or report link, if you have one.
- We respond within 14 days of receiving your complaint.
- If your complaint is upheld, we will fix the problem, restore access or — if that is not possible — propose a refund of an appropriate part of the fee.
- As a consumer in the European Union, you may also use out-of-court ways of resolving complaints and claims, including the European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr, as well as consumer assistance bodies in your country of residence.
IX. Personal data
- The rules for processing your data are described in detail in our Privacy Policy and in the GDPR Information Notice. Both documents are an integral part of these terms.
- In short: we do not require an account. You provide an email address only when we need it (for example, for an invoice, in connection with a complaint, or to invite your partner by email).
- Data-related questions: prive@privegame.com.
X. Security and limits on use
- To protect users from abuse, we use security measures (including the Cloudflare Turnstile anti-bot mechanism, browser identification, and a per-IP rate limit on the number of games).
- From a single IP address you can start a limited number of games within a 30-day window. If you hit that limit, please write to prive@privegame.com and we will look into your case.
- When using the game you may not: bypass security measures, try to read or alter someone else's answers, use bots or automated tools, generate excessive traffic, or attempt to interfere with the service or find security vulnerabilities.
- If you detect a significant security or data incident, please report it to us as soon as possible so we can react.
- If you break the rules above, we may limit or block your access to the game.
XI. Copyright
- All elements of the game — questions, descriptions, graphics, the report layout, the matching algorithm — are our property or licensed to us.
- You may not copy, distribute or use them outside the game without our consent.
- Of course you may discuss your results with your partner and share a general description of the game — that is a natural part of using our service.
XII. Changes to these terms
- We may update these terms — for example, when laws change, or when the scope of the game's features or the way our packages work changes.
- We will announce significant changes at least 14 days in advance on our website, and by email where appropriate (if we have your email address).
- Changes do not affect contracts already entered into — if you bought access before a change, you keep using it on the terms in force at the time of purchase.
- Minor changes that do not affect your rights (for example, editorial corrections or contact details) may take effect on publication.
XIII. Liability and final provisions
- We aim to keep the game available without interruptions, but for technical reasons there may be short outages, for example due to maintenance, incidents or force majeure. We will keep them as short as we reasonably can.
- To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for damages arising from using the game contrary to these terms, from the actions of third parties, or from factors beyond our control. We do not exclude liability where mandatory law does not allow us to — in particular towards consumers.
- These terms are governed by Polish law. Disputes are heard by the court that has jurisdiction under applicable law; if you are a consumer, you may also bring claims before the court of your place of residence. Mandatory consumer protection rules of your country of habitual residence continue to apply.
